Paul Miller
Growing up in a blue collar family, Paul was introduced to the construction industry at an early age. From stacking lumber at 9 years old in his father’s cabinet shop, to working on framing and remodeling crews through his teenage and college years, the home building industry had always been a passion of his.
Paul graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with emphases in Business, Economics and English. After 10 years as a commercial real estate broker, Paul couldn’t deny his growing desire to be a home builder. Since joining the Bellah Homes team in 2013, he has dedicated himself as an effective project manager and now partner, working closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Paul enjoys coordinating the design and building process to create a home the owner can be proud to call their own. Paul lives in Pleasant Hill, MO with his wife Carrody and two kids, Weston and Maely.

Troy Bellah
Grew up as the fourth generation in a family of home builders. Our family believes in mastering multiple construction trade skills. When times got tough we would perform most of the trade work ourselves on each house we built. This attribute proved invaluable when contracting out the work to others because we set the quality standard within their trade not the other way around.
Started building homes in 1979, and has built more than 1200 residential and multifamily homes. One of the first home builders in the Greater Kansas City area to earn approval from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
Currently holds a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation, the highest designation available through the National Association of Home Builders. Also hold a Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation.

Erin Flanagan
I am the Office Manager for Bellah Homes. I spend most of my time in the office but I love the occasional field trip to check out our new builds. I love seeing the progress of each home every time I visit the lots.
Outside of work I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and all of our animals. I also spend time volunteering at Chain of Hope, a local animal rescue. When I’m not there you will find me hitting the pavement in my running shoes around town. Downtown Lee’s Summit is one of my favorite places to run.

Radley Mace
Radley’s passion for building has been a part of him for as long as he can remember. Some of his earliest memories are of helping his father with household construction projects, sparking a lifelong fascination with craftsmanship. His family even saved a kindergarten worksheet where, at just five years old, he proudly declared his dream to become a “carpenter worker.”
In high school, Radley pursued this passion through a vocational program focused on house construction. After graduation, he spent several years framing houses before joining the Air Force, where he served as a Civil Engineer and Structural Journeyman. During his service, he received extensive training in framing, roofing, tile work, millwork, trim, drywall, masonry, welding, and sheet metal, among other skills. His dedication led him to build and maintain hundreds of structures on U.S. bases and during two overseas tours of duty.
After leaving the military, Radley spent the next 15 years refining his expertise in carpentry and expanding his skill set in the remodeling industry. With a particular passion for fine woodworking, he thrives on transforming ideas into reality through precision and creativity.
As Superintendent at Bellah Homes, Radley embraces the challenges of new home construction with enthusiasm. He takes pride in collaborating with homeowners and subcontractors to ensure each phase of construction is completed successfully and on schedule. His attention to detail, coupled with his broad knowledge of various trades, equips him to uphold the exceptional standards of Bellah Homes.
